The pool area needed attention. it felt unclean, and we were disappointed since the kids were excited to swim. There were also persistent noise issues from other guests late at night, which disrupted our sleep. Some areas of the hotel felt outdated and could use modernization to enhance the experience.

Family with kids will find it adequate

Now, I wasn’t hating on the family vibe, but it got a little rowdy at the pool with kids bouncing everywhere like it was a playground. I mean, dodging flying toys isn’t exactly a relaxing swim! To top it off, the TV volume was so low we pretty much had to read captions—talk about a silent movie!
